Happy New Year everyone!
Can't believe it's the 5th already & this is my first post, these holidays have been really busy and they're almost over. Busy semester ahead at university so I'm using the time I have at the moment to catch up on my Document 2010 album. Completed August yesterday & September is almost finished too, I just need the photo for the final page to be delivered before it's ready to share. All my photos for Oct, Nov & Dec are in that order too, along with the ones for my Christmas Jornal, One little word and a few other themed albums I have planned. I can't do much without the photos so really hoping they arrive today. Preparing as much as I can now so I have everything ready. Hopefully I'll be able to find some scrapbooking time throughout the semester, it's such a fast paced course though the next 15 weeks are set to be intense.
These are my August pages. I used the Back 40 kit from Studio Calico. I can't wait for the Who's Who January kit to arrive as the book stamp will make the perfect addition to my first page. Notable things that occurred in August:
Met Garen Ewing at the Book Festival, bought a new laptop, got my exam results, recieved my favourite Studio Calico kit of 2010 - Summer Camp, read 6 mystery books, had an eye test the opticians, our annual street BBQ, made my first themed mini album, my parents went on holiday & came back with some craft gifts & stuff for university.

good luck waiting for the photos - i ordered mine on monday (albeit VERY late at night). they got sent yesterday so im hoping for mine tomorrow! i was at the PO this morning enquiring bout an AWOL package .... sent it a month ago and well before the cut off for 'guaranteed xmas delivery' date. poor show. im going to apply for compensation but hmm, wen i got home i had a xmas card thru my door - maybe i should hold off another few weeks! grr!
