My parents had today off work for my Dad's Birthday so I stayed the night to spend some time with them too. It was nice being there when he opened his gifts & cards. 
He was really surprised to be given the Take That Progress DVD as he had no idea it was out yet. He was even dropping big hints last night about wanting it for Christmas. 
Luckily the rain stayed off in the morning to allow him to play a round of golf while mum made some Christmas cards & I worked on my essay. Got back to my flat in the afternoon, so glad to be getting measured for new windows tomorrow as it is still VERY cold. Just hope I don't have a long wait on them being fitted.Short & sweet post today as the busy weekend has taken it's toll & I'm off to bed for an early night.
